Lifeshield home Security is a security company founded by Puseletso Mbhele and located in 01 Edcod Center Westonaria, to be a service provider in home and commercial security. Lifeshield Home Security has been fully accredited by SASSETA Safety and Security to provide Training and is fully registered with Psira to provide security services.

We are emerging with a powerful sense of purpose, it is our intention as Lifeshield security to hit two birds with the same stone; firstly, fight crime in general and in particular work for and hand in hand with our clients. Secondly, we believe that our inception and continued existence brings a realistic hope to many unemployed individuals who are potential employees, thereby assisting in the creation of the most needed employment opportunities for our people. We do verily believe and are pleased with the fact that these primary aims and objectives are realized

Staff Recruitment

With regards to staff recruitment and placement a company policy places a strong emphasis on the critical employer aspects.

The company is conducting security officers screening through PSIRA and S.A.P.S. before actually employing them into the company. This exercise enable the company to recruit or to employ security officers free from criminal activities as PSIRA and S.A.P.S. are the only professional bodies accordingly dealing with this aspect. Attendance of the recognized security training with accredited Security Training institutions also scrutinizing

1. Suitable relevant educational standard and experience
2. Appropriate age
3. Physical fitness
4. Promotional and motivational aspects
5. Registration with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority)
6. Security clearances (SAPS).
7. Possession of Security Training Certificates.
8. Staff must be numerate, computer literate and able to read, write and communicate in English and other official languages that are commonly used in the area of operations.
9. Management and supervisors must be able to read, write English and understands mathematical figures and must be computer literate.
10. All staff is uniformed in line with the image of our clients (if required).
11. All staff should undergo induction and refresher training programs.
12. Staff will be provided with transport and accommodation next to the sites.
